The idea#
Cities burn without scream; ash sings softer than melody. Seas still, winds expire, gods fall silent—and from their dust nothing new rises. The walker moves through nothing with a heart of stone: no wish, no dream, only bare existence.
German lines of cosmic cooling until will, thought, and pain also fall quiet. Then the turn that the title promises: in that silence after all being, tiefer Friede—deep peace—and a self that calls itself clean. Uplifting trance against entropy is almost ironic; perhaps the lift is the peace of release, not of victory.
